The terms that apply to this website, enquiries and the progression of recruitment work into a separately agreed mandate.
P/APWebsite use
Use this website for lawful information and genuine enquiries. Do not submit malicious files, false identities, another person’s CV without authority, or material that infringes rights.
No placement guarantee
An enquiry, application, interview or shortlist does not guarantee employment, engagement, an interview or a particular outcome. Hiring decisions remain with the employer; career decisions remain with the candidate.
Recruitment mandates
Employer services begin only under a separately agreed written mandate covering the role, scope, fees, candidate ownership, replacement terms if any, checks, confidentiality and payment. Website descriptions are not quotations.
Accuracy
Candidates and employers are responsible for information they provide. PlaceAuPro may seek clarification and reasonable verification but does not warrant that every third-party statement is complete or error-free.
Equal and lawful treatment
Role criteria and decisions should relate to lawful, relevant requirements. We do not support discriminatory instructions. Where employment equity considerations lawfully apply, they must be handled in the proper organisational and legal context.
Intellectual property and availability
Site content belongs to PlaceAuPro or its licensors and may not be commercially republished without permission. The site may be updated or unavailable temporarily.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by South African law. Questions can be submitted through the contact form. Effective 11 August 2026.
